A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking of a banquet. The full deposit will be deducted from your bill of fare, providing theft or damage does not occur. 2. Selection will be limited to three entrees. 3. All food and beverage (with the exception of cakes for special occasions) must be provided by Brengman's Inc. Due to health and insurance standards, food is not allowed to be taken out of our facility. 4. We will substitute entrees for vegetarians, religious, or medical reasons only. We must be notified of the situation at the time you contact us with your menu. 5. The entire cost of your party or reception must be paid the night (or afternoon) that you have reserved. 6. Specific room selection will be based on final party size. 7.
